SERIOUS ILLNESS

What to do when someone dies

If someone dies of natural causes in your home, DO NOT call the
police or Red Cross. If called, they will need to conduct an investigation. Instead, call your local doctor who can provide a Death Certificate. If you do not know who the doctor is, call a funeral home. Then you can proceed with the plans you have in place.

Being Prepared for Life and Death Lakeside from the Lake Chapala Society. This gives information about options and provides a form so that vital information is put in place before tragedy occurs. Complete, print and add to folder/binder.
